Refund policy

Given the intricate nature of the digital goods and services, all sales are definitive, and no refunds will be processed regardless of the outcome.

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase only if activation has not started.

Activation/use begins when the client provides credentials and we initiate the provisioning/passing of the funding account or deliver access in any form.

Once activation or access occurs, all sales are final and non-refundable.
